Heb jij een mechanische achtergrond en werk je graag met je handen aan machines die nog écht vakmanschap vragen?

Deze middelgrote werkgever uit de regio Brugge is actief binnen de industriële sector en telt zo’n 50 medewerkers, waarvan de helft op de werkvloer actief is. Je komt terecht in een technisch productiebedrijf waar machines centraal staan en waar onderhoud cruciaal is voor de continuïteit.

Binnen het team is er één leidinggevende en krijg je veel autonomie in jouw werk. Je werkt met oudere, conventionele machines die manueel moeten worden ingesteld. De focus ligt op herstellingen, preventief onderhoud en klassiek draai- en freeswerk. De werksfeer is mensgericht en medewerkers worden op waarde geschat, ook via leuke initiatieven zoals personeelsfeestjes, welzijnsacties en bonussen bij verbeteracties.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat storingen aan machines snel en efficiënt worden hersteld
  • Je houdt je bezig met draai- en freeswerk op conventionele machines die manueel ingesteld worden
  • Preventief onderhoud behoort ook tot je verantwoordelijkheden zodat stilstanden vermeden worden
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kan steeds terugvallen op de leidinggevende indien nodig
  • Regelmatig overleg je met collega’s uit productie om de werking van machines te verbeteren
  • Je denkt mee na over verbeteracties en draagt zo bij aan een veiligere en productievere omgeving
  • Je beschikt over een sterke mechanische kennis, opgedaan via werkervaring of zelfstudie
  • Diploma is geen vereiste, belangrijker is jouw technisch inzicht en zelfstandigheid
  • Je kan vlot werken met conventionele draai- en freesmachines of bent bereid dit te leren
