The posting

In jouw rol als onderhoudstechnieker, zullen de volgende zaken tot jouw takenpakket horen:

  • Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van elektrische, mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische storingen aan productie-installaties.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Herstellen, afstellen en vervangen van defecte onderdelen, componenten, sensoren en aandrijvingen.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van elektrische schema’s, technische plannen en machine-documentatie.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opsporen van PLC-gerelateerde storingen en meewerken aan technische verbeteringen.
  • Registreren van interventies, uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en gebruikte onderdelen in het onderhoudssysteem.
  • Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en voorstellen formuleren om de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van machines te verbeteren.
  • Nauw samenwerken met productie, engineering en collega-techniekers om technische problemen duurzaam op te lossen.
  • Toezien op een veilige, ordelijke en kwaliteitsgerichte uitvoering van alle onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Meewerken aan de installatie, inbedrijfstelling en optimalisatie van nieuwe machines en technische voorzieningen.
  • Technische opleiding in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, onderhoudstechnieken, automatisatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Goede kennis van industriële elektriciteit en mechanica.
  • Kennis van pneumatica en hydraulica; basiskennis van PLC-sturingen, bij voorkeur Siemens, is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met onderhoud en storingsanalyse in een industriële of productieomgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je kunt elektrische schema’s, technische plannen en handleidingen lezen en toepassen.
  • Je werkt veilig, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust en respecteert de geldende procedures.
  • Je bent bereid om nieuwe technieken te leren en je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kunt technische informatie duidelijk overbrengen
