Vanuit een sterke expertise en oog voor innovatie bouwen ze elke dag verder aan hun authentiek product dat mensen samenbrengt. Om hun groei te ondersteunen, zijn zij op zoek naar een ervaren ONDERHOUDSTECHNIEKER die mee wil schrijven aan hun verhaal.

Doel van de functie:

  • De goede staat en werking verzekeren door het accuraat uitvoeren van preventieve, predicatieve en curatieve en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan het machinepark en alle nutsvoorzieningen, terreinen en gebouwen.
  • Vervangen van diverse collega onderhoudsmedewerkers bij hun afwezigheid.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden als ONDERHOUDSTECHNIEKER:

  • Accuraat uitvoeren van het preventief onderhoudsplan op alle vlakken teneinde het volledige machinepark en nutsvoorzieningen op een economisch en kwalitatief verantwoorde wijze operationeel te houden.
  • Na het (preventief) onderhoud, de installatie reinigen, testen, afstellen, proefdraaien, staalname van product indien mogelijk.
  • Uitvoeren predictief onderhoud door controles en metingen (kettingen, kleppen, magneten, trillers, lucht, water, koelcircuits, lagers, …).
  • Opvolgen van de PO kalender/agenda.
  • Snel en efficiënt opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van storingen (curatief onderhoud)
  • Vervangen collega technici tijdens hun afwezigheden om de productie van de specifieke afdeling te verzekeren. Dit kan betekenen: Dagelijkse controle bij opstart productielijnen uitvoeren. Stopzetten machinepark.
  • Productwissels uitvoeren: ombouwen van verpakkingsmachines (o.a. datumwissels, foliewissels, formaatwissels, fotocellen, kartongeleiders , etiketten, …).
  • Fijn afstelling van de machines (o.a. parameters, koppelingen, lasnaden)
  • Controle wisselstukken productielijnen. Te bestellen onderdelen melden.
  • Reviseren van onderdelen.
  • Opstellen en accuraat houden documenten preventief onderhoudspakket on overleg met leidinggevenden.
  • Registreren van de uitgevoerde onderhoudswerkzaamheden
  • Correct registreren van wisselstukken stocks in overleg met de bevoegde personen.
  • Opstarten van productielijnen.
  • Meedenken en assistentie bij het uitvoeren van projecten
  • Uitvoeren van diverse ondersteunende werkzaamheden, zoals: mogelijke verbeteringen verrichten van algemene herstel- en kluswerkzaamheden aan de gebouwen en nutsvoorzieningen van de onderneming
  • In acht nemen van de geldende bedrijfs-, milieu-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften bij de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden en naleven van alle normen geldig in de voedingsindustrie.

Werkregime als ONDERHOUDSTECHNIEKER:

  • Je zal werken in een twee ploegenstelsel (vroege/late) dit in een 40 uren week, te presteren in 38 uren (12 ADV dagen).

OPGELET: tijdens de zomer zal deze shift herleidt worden naar één ploeg in dag uren.

Collectieve sluiting:

  • Week tussen kerstmis en nieuwjaar

Brugdagen:

  • Je zal meegenieten van brugdagen, dit met ADV dag ingepland.

Kennis:

  • Windows Office en PO maintenance software.
  • Of goede kennis mechanica en pneumatica, draaien / frezen. Basiskennis elektriciteit en lastechniek zijn pluspunt.
  • Of goede kennis elektriciteit en sturingen

Technische vaardigheden:

  • Bedienen, instellen en opstarten/stoppen, verstellen van productiemachines.
  • Hanteren van meetapparatuur, handgereedschappen en gereedschapsmachines (draaibank, freesbank, boor, slijp, …).
  • Hanteren van een vorklift

Communicatie vaardigheden:

  • Rapporteren van lopende en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden met de directe chef.
  • Uitwisselen van informatie met collega’s technici.
  • Melden van bijzonderheden.
  • Opmaken van rapporten .
  • Afstemmen met de lijnverantwoordelijken.
  • Formuleren van verbeteringsvoorstellen.
