Artes Uptech maakt sinds kort deel uit van de Artes familie. Het installatiebedrijf specialiseert zich in technische installaties voor gebouwen inclusief HVAC, sanitair, elektriciteit en data, en maakt daarmee de Artes Group compleet.

Locatie: Oudenburg, met werven in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen

Jouw speelveld:

Als onderhoudstechnieker HVAC & sanitair bij Artes Uptech ben je samen met collega-techniekers en de onderhoudscoördinator verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van HVAC-installaties en sanitair in gebouwen zoals kantoren, woonzorgcentra, ziekenhuizen e.d.m. Met jouw kennis en ervaring help je ook mee om de werking van de installaties te optimaliseren. Tot slot vervul je ook af en toe de wachtdienst om dringende interventies te kunnen doen.

Als doorgewinterde professional in de sector werk je zelfstandig op de baan, uitgerust met het benodigde materiaal, en ben je bekwaam in het uitvoeren van herstellingen. Je bent bedreven in het opsporen én oplossen van defecten.

Je dagelijkse taken omvatten het onderhouden van HVAC- en sanitaire installaties van gebouwen, zoals bijvoorbeeld ketels reinigen, filters vervangen, veiligheidsonderdelen checken, de HVAC-regeling controleren,... Je spoort defecten op aan HVAC- en sanitaire installaties, zoals een continu draaiende circulatiepomp, een lage druk-storing van een warmtepomp, een elektrische uitval van een waterverzachter,.... Ook kleine herstellingen worden door jou uitgevoerd: een circulatiepomp vervangen, een lagedruksensor vernieuwen, buizen herstellen of een nieuwe waterkraan installeren.

Je staat in voor het voorbereiden van de servicerapporten en logboeken voor de onderhoudscoördinator.

Flexibiliteit is jouw troef, je neemt deel aan wachtdiensten (met passende vergoeding) tijdens het weekend en 's avonds, wat getuigt van jouw toewijding aan een optimale dienstverlening.

Jouw toolbox:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker in HVAC en sanitair, met een diploma uit het secundair onderwijs, hoger beroepsonderwijs of graduaat in HVAC en/of sanitair
  • Erkenning als technicus gasvormige brandstoffen GI/GII, technicus vloeibare stoffen en/of koeltechnicus is een plus
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en in teamverband
  • Je bent in staat om flexibel te werken, ook buiten de reguliere kantooruren
  • Je hecht belang aan een veilige werkomgeving en streeft naar een hoogwaardige service
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands, Engels of Frans
