Functie

Als dagtechnieker ben je voornamelijk bezig met gepland onderhoud en herstellingen (geen storingen).

Je bent mechanisch heel sterk en ervaren, aangezien het onderhoud vooral mechanisch werk betreft.

  • Je voert verbeteringen uit op de volledige site om het machinepark beter te laten draaien i.s.m. de technische supervisors, de reliability afdeling en productie. Je neemt daarbij actief deel aan Quick Kaizen events rond technische onderwerpen.
  • Je start maximaal 1 maal per maand de koelcentrale op (start op maandag 05:00u) als backup voor de koeltechniekers.
  • Door je grondige kennis van het machinepark breng je jouw collega techniekers praktische kennis bij tijdens het uitvoeren van gepland onderhoud of tijdens technische storingen.
  • Je bent bereid om magazijnwerk aan te leren zodat je bij verlof/ziekte van de magazijnier deze taken kan overnemen (ontvangen van goederen, picken van onderdelen, versturen van herstellingen ...).

Profiel

  • Je bent bereid om te werken in dagregime. Uitzonderlijk ben je bereid om in ploeg (voormiddag/namiddag) te werken in samenspraak met de Supervisor (voor het opvangen van ziekte wanneer onverwachts de minimumbezetting niet kan worden gewaarborgd).
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en SAP.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands.
  • Je werkt veilig, ordelijk en gestructureerd en hebt kennis van 5S.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewustzijn en ondersteunt en promoot de hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften die gangbaar zijn in een voedingsbedrijf.
  • Je hebt ervaring als medewerker van een technische dienst of technische ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een technische studierichting gevolgd (bachelor of hoger secundair onderwijs elektromechanica, elektriciteit of mechanica) en hebt een brede theoretische en praktische kennis.
  • Je bezit een rijbewijs B.
