Ben jij een allround technieker die gedijt in een dynamische productieomgeving? Wil je de garantie zijn voor een vlekkeloos draaiend machinepark en tegelijk meewerken aan boeiende verbeterprojecten? Dan is dit jouw kans!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Allround Onderhoud: Je neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor het elektrisch onderhoud en de herstellingen van de cruciale productiemachines.
  • Preventie & Projecten: Je bent niet alleen bezig met het preventief onderhoud van het machinepark, maar draagt ook actief bij aan de uitvoering van diverse technische projecten (installaties, optimalisaties, ombouw).
  • Diagnose en Oplossing: Je stelt nauwkeurige diagnoses en voert efficiënte herstellingen uit om de productiestilstand tot een absoluut minimum te beperken.
  • 90% mechanisch werk en 10% elektrisch

Profiel

Wij zoeken een professional die zowel technisch sterk is als de juiste werkmentaliteit heeft:

  • De Technische Basis: Je hebt een solide technische achtergrond, verkregen door een relevant technisch diploma (A2/MBO niveau) of door ruime, bewezen werkervaring.
  • Mentaliteit: Je beschikt over een uitstekende dosis doorzettingsvermogen en bent pas tevreden als het werk perfect is uitgevoerd.
  • Autonomie & Teamspirit: Je werkt volledig zelfstandig, maar bent ook een enthousiaste teamspeler die actief wil bijdragen aan ons gezamenlijk succes.
  • Proactief & Flexibel: Je bent leergierig, neemt initiatief en toont de nodige flexibiliteit om in te spelen op onverwachte situaties.
