The posting

Voor een sterk groeiende speler in technische outsourcing is Vivaldis op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker voor productieomgevingen. Je wordt ingezet bij vaste industriële klanten binnen uiteenlopende sectoren zoals voeding, farmaceutica, automotive,(petro)chemie en meer. Dankzij jouw mechanische én elektrische kennis zorg je ervoor dat productieprocessen optimaal blijven draaien.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan productielijnen en installaties
  • Analyseren en oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen
  • Herstellen, vervangen, testen en afregelen van defecte onderdelen
  • Meewerken aan verbeteringsprojecten om efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid te verhogen
  • Registreren van interventies in het onderhoudssysteem
  • Begeleiden en ondersteunen van operatoren bij correct gebruik van machines
  • Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en conformiteit van installaties

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Diploma secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in elektromechanica, elektriciteit of mechanica
  • Minstens 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Grondige kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, hydraulica en pneumatiek
  • Ervaring met storingsanalyse en technische interventies
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans
  • Daarnaast ben je veiligheidsbewust en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Zelfstandig én een teamspeler

Flexibiliteit biedt extra kansen: je kan ingezet worden in dagdienst, ploegensystemen (2 of 3 ploegen), vaste nachten, wachtdiensten en in verschillende regio's.
