The posting

Voor een groeiend productiebedrijf in de regio West-Vlaanderen zoeken we een onderhoudstechnieker die mee instaat voor de betrouwbaarheid en goede werking van het machinepark. Preventief onderhoud, storingsanalyse en technische verbeteringen vormen de belangrijkste pijlers binnen deze functie.

Met een praktische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat productielijnen zo weinig mogelijk stilvallen. Afhankelijk van de technische achtergrond ligt de focus op mechanisch onderhoud, elektrische interventies of een combinatie van beide.

Wat ga je doen: - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines en installaties volgens de bestaande onderhoudsplanning. - Mechanische en elektrische storingen opsporen, analyseren en efficiënt verhelpen. - Defecte onderdelen herstellen, vervangen en correct afstellen. - Technische interventies uitvoeren met het oog op een duurzame en betrouwbare werking van het machinepark. - Meewerken aan technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiecontinuïteit. - Uitgevoerde werkzaamheden correct registreren en technische informatie doorgeven aan de verantwoordelijke en collega’s. - Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om technische problemen snel en efficiënt aan te pakken. - De geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en werkvoorschriften nauwgezet naleven. Een technische opleiding in mechanica, elektromechanica, elektriciteit of een vergelijkbare richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Relevante werkervaring als onderhoudstechnieker binnen een productieomgeving. Een goede technische basis in mechanica en/of industriële elektriciteit. Kennis van technische diagnose, automatisatie, sturingen, hydraulica of pneumatica vormt een extra troef. Praktische ingesteldheid en voldoende technisch inzicht om storingen zelfstandig te analyseren. Nauwkeurige en technisch onderlegde professional met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Een proactieve werkhouding en het vermogen om technische problemen zelfstandig aan te pakken. Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband vlot kunnen functioneren. Flexibel ingesteld en bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken wanneer de productieplanning dit vereist. Aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en een ordelijke werkomgeving.
