FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een ervaren technieker met een passie voor onderhoud en het oplossen van technische storingen?

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de herstelling en de optimalisatie van industriële installaties en productielijnen. Je analyseert storingen, voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit en werkt aan mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische systemen. Daarnaast denk je mee over verbeteringen aan machines en processen en werk je nauw samen met collega’s uit productie en technische diensten. dit in 2-ploegen of nachtdienst.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan machines, installaties en productielijnen.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen om stilstanden te beperken.
  • Werken aan mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische systemen.
  • Opsporen van defecten en bepalen van de meest efficiënte herstellingsmethode.
  • Vervangen en herstellen van onderdelen zoals motoren, sensoren, lagers, riemen en pompen.
  • Uitvoeren van technische controles en inspecties.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van elektrische schema’s, technische plannen en documentatie.
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties van machines, processen en onderhoudsplannen.
  • Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en rapporteren van technische problemen.
  • Samenwerken met operatoren, productie- en onderhoudsteams om een vlotte werking van de installaties te garanderen.
  • Toepassen van veiligheidsprocedures en bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving.

PROFIEL

  • Meerdere jaren ervaring als onderhouds- of storingstechnieker in een industriële omgeving.
  • Goede kennis van mechanica en/of elektriciteit.
  • Ervaring met het analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Veilig, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werken.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Rijbewijs B is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van pneumatiek, hydraulica, PLC’s, elektrische schema’s of elektromechanica is een sterke troef.
