Jouw werkgebied ligt in de Achterhoek. Filerijden en te lange werkdagen zijn niet meer aan de orde. Klinkt goed toch? Over de functie Als timmerman ben je betrokken bij onderhoudsprojecten van de woningstichting. Je werkt voor een bepaalde periode op een vaste plek, samen met jouw vaste team. Maar denk nou niet dat je dan hele dag hetzelfde gaat doen! Want juist voor deze opdrachten wordt er om een timmerman gevraagd die van alle markten thuis is. Je pakt woningen op van a tot z. Wat staat er zoal op het programma? - Je verduurzaamt woningen door het aanbrengen van gevel- en dakisolatie. - Je vervangt complete badkamers, keukens en toiletten. - Je herstelt metsel- en tegelwerk, goten en dakpannen. - Je renoveert houtconstructies, kozijnen en boeiboorden. En voor jou en je nieuwe werkgever geldt; kwaliteit boven kwantiteit. Je krijgt de tijd om kwalitatief werk af te leveren. Huurder blij, jij blij! Jouw nieuwe werkgever is een solide familiebedrijf uit de regio Haaksbergen. Als er wat geregeld moet worden, zetten ze samen de schouders eronder. Je werkt op de afdeling Service, Renovatie & Verduurzaming in de Achterhoek. Geen nieuwbouwprojecten, maar mooie klussen bij de woningstichting. Wij bieden - We baseren jouw salaris op je ervaring.
