Huijbregts Vastgoedadvies zoekt een Ondernemende Bedrijfsleider die eindverantwoordelijkheid neemt voor strategie, resultaat en verdere groei. Niet op de winkel passen, maar de uitdaging aangaan om het bedrijf te laten groeien naar een volgende fase. En hoe je dit aanpakt, dat is aan jou. Wat ga je doen? Huijbregts Vastgoedadvies is met een team van ca. 25 medewerkers gevestigd in Zundert. Het bedrijf met laagdrempelige, familiaire cultuur biedt persoonlijke aandacht bij duurzaamheids- en vastgoedvraagstukken van opdrachtgevers. Door de aansluiting bij Sansidor in 2025, een snelgroeiend netwerk van specialistische bedrijven in Testen, Inspectie & Services (TIS), beschikt de organisatie over extra slagkracht en groeimogelijkheden. Hoewel oud-eigenaar Dirk Huijbregts werkzaam blijft in de organisatie op vakinhoudelijk niveau, is het aan jou als Ondernemende Bedrijfsleider om de organisatie naar een volgend niveau te tillen of naar en nieuwe fase te begeleiden. Als eindverantwoordelijke vallen de processen zoals ze nu uitgevoerd worden en de innovatie hiervan onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je houdt je bezig met gedeelde groeiambities binnen het netwerk en zet hier ook zelf je schouders onder. Je hebt daarbij de commerciële verantwoordelijkheid en ambitie om de marktpositie te vergroten. Je geeft leiding aan het team en creëert duidelijkheid in prioriteiten, verantwoordelijkheden en prestaties. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, ondersteunt professionals bij complexe vraagstukken en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Dit ben jij Je bent een senior eindverantwoordelijke met een stevig trackrecord in vastgoedadvies, bouwkunde of vergelijkbare technische dienstverlening. Op MT-niveau was je verantwoordelijk voor inhoud, mensen, commercie en bedrijfsresultaat.
