Ben je praktisch ingesteld, blijf je rustig in onvoorspelbare situaties en werk je graag zelfstandig én in verbinding? Als Ondersteunend Begeleider werk je voor de Tussenvoorziening op verschillende locaties in de stad en regio Utrecht en Amersfoort. Juist in de avonden, nachten en weekenden maak jij het verschil: wanneer de rust terug moet keren, situaties kunnen escaleren of cliënten extra behoefte hebben aan nabijheid en duidelijkheid. Je werkt met een brede en vaak complexe doelgroep, waarbij problematiek kan spelen rondom verslaving, psychiatrie, dakloosheid, licht verstandelijke beperkingen en sociale of justitiële uitdagingen. Dit maakt je werk dynamisch en betekenisvol - geen dienst is hetzelfde. Wat ga je doen Als Ondersteunend Begeleider werk je zelfstandig en voornamelijk tijdens avonden, nachten en weekenden en ben je inzetbaar op verschillende locaties van de Tussenvoorziening in de regio Utrecht en Amersfoort. Jij bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor cliënten én collega's buiten kantoortijden. Je: - Ondersteunt cliënten bij praktische vragen en dagelijkse situaties die zich tijdens je dienst voordoen. - Signaleert hulpvragen en veranderingen in gedrag en schakelt hier adequaat op. - Draagt bij aan het de-escaleren en stabiliseren van onrustige of onveilige situaties. - Biedt structuur, duidelijkheid en nabijheid wanneer cliënten dat nodig hebben. - Schakelt - indien nodig - met collega's, achterwacht of ketenpartners zoals crisisdienst GGZ, politie of woningbeheer. - Denkt mee en biedt ondersteuning aan teams op locatie.
