In samenwerking met uitzendpartner YoungCapital zijn wij per direct op zoek naar: Ondersteuning Hospitality Ben je gek op muziek en evenementen en houd je ervan als alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is? Als Ondersteuner Hospitality ondersteun je de dagelijkse organisatie rondom VIP-gasten en hospitality bij AFAS Live. Je zorgt dat aanvragen, gastenlijsten, tickets en praktische showvoorbereiding zorgvuldig worden verwerkt. Zo draag je bij aan een gastvrije en soepel georganiseerde beleving voor onze gasten en partners. Wat ga je doen? We zoeken een nauwkeurige en gastvrije collega met affiniteit met live-evenementen die verantwoordelijk wordt voor o.a.: - Het dagelijks beheren van de VIP-mailbox en het zorgvuldig verwerken van reguliere aanvragen. - Het actueel houden van gastenlijsten, partneroverzichten en andere hospitality-administratie. - Het administratief voorbereiden van nieuwe shows, waaronder showmappen, overzichten en Ticketmaster-gegevens. - Het versturen van tickets en praktische informatie aan gasten, partners en organisaties. - Het tijdig afstemmen met de verantwoordelijke collega bij afwijkingen, commerciële vragen of bijzonderheden. Werktijden Voor deze functie ben je 15 tot 20 uur per week beschikbaar, verdeeld over 4 à 5 werkdagen. De precieze werkdagen en werktijden worden afgestemd op de evenementenplanning en de werkzaamheden rondom de shows.
