The posting

Als studieopvoeder ben je een laagdrempelig aanspreekpunt voor leerlingen en maak je deel uit van het bredere zorgteam. Je ondersteunt leerlingen op vlak van aanwezigheid, welbevinden, gedrag en schoolloopbaan.

Je werkt nauw samen met directie, leerlingbegeleiders, zorgcoördinator, CLB, ouders en externe partners.

Jouw taken

Toezicht

  • Dagelijks toezicht houden aan de schoolpoort bij het begin en einde van de schooldag.
  • Actief aanwezig zijn in de gangen tijdens leswissels en pauzemomenten.
  • Toezicht houden op de speelplaats en bijdragen aan een veilige en aangename omgeving.
  • Begeleiden en bewaken van studiemomenten.
  • Toezien op de naleving van het schoolreglement en leerlingen aanspreken op ongepast gedrag.
  • Conflicten en spanningen tijdig detecteren en gepast tussenkomen.
  • Signaleren van veiligheids- en welzijnsproblemen aan directie en zorgteam.
  • Mee instaan voor een ordelijk schoolverloop en een positief schoolklimaat.

Aanwezigheidsbeleid

  • Opvolgen van leerlingen met problematische afwezigheden.
  • Contact opnemen met leerlingen en ouders.
  • Meewerken aan warme onthaal- en re-integratietrajecten.
  • Signaleren van risicosituaties aan het zorgteam.

Leerlingbegeleiding

  • Individuele gesprekken voeren waar nodig.
  • Leerlingen opvangen die tijdelijk uit de les worden gestuurd.
  • Ondersteunen van Time-In trajecten.
  • Mee zoeken naar oplossingen bij motivatie- of gedragsproblemen.
  • Herstelgerichte gesprekken ondersteunen.

Welzijn en schoolklimaat

  • Actief aanwezig zijn tijdens pauzes.
  • Een aanspreekpunt zijn voor leerlingen.
  • Mee organiseren van preventieve acties rond welzijn, respect en verbondenheid.
  • Signalen rond pesten, conflicten of psychosociaal welzijn detecteren en bespreken.

Administratieve opvolging

  • Registreren van incidenten, begeleidingen en gesprekken.
  • Opvolgen van gemaakte afspraken.
  • Rapporteren aan directie en zorgteam.
  • Ondersteunen van de administratieve opvolging van het aanwezigheidsbeleid.
