Dan is de functie van onderwijskundig adviseur bij NNVO de perfecte uitdaging voor jou. NNVO is dé opleider voor de nautische sector. We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde onderwijskundig adviseur die in ons kleine en betrokken team een regierol heeft in het bewaken van de onderwijskwaliteit en het ontwikkelen van onderwijsvernieuwingsprojecten. Zo draag je bij aan goed opgeleide nautische professionals en daarmee aan de veiligheid op het water. Wie zijn wij? NNVO (Nationale Nautische Verkeersdienst Opleiding) is een toonaangevend opleidingsinstituut voor veilig, vlot en duurzaam vaarwegverkeer in Nederland. We zijn opgericht door en voor de vaarwegbeheerders: havenbedrijven, Rijkswaterstaat, provincies en gemeentes. Ook werken we samen met De Vlaamse Waterweg. Daardoor staan we midden in de praktijk en kunnen we als zelfstandig instituut snel en wendbaar inspelen op wat de sector nodig heeft. We leiden onder meer verkeersleiders en brug- en sluisoperators op. De nautische wereld is volop in beweging. Het werk digitaliseert, wordt complexer, intensiever en vraagt tegelijkertijd om verduurzaming. Met een team van 20 professionals zien we die ontwikkelingen als een kans. We geven innovatie dan ook graag een plek in onze opleidingen. Naast theoretische basiskennis leren cursisten vooral hoe ze hun kennis en vaardigheden in de praktijk toepassen. Dat doen we bijvoorbeeld met behulp van simulatoren. Onze opleidingen zijn dus sterk in de praktijk geworteld. We zijn een kleine organisatie met grote impact. Zo wonnen we in november 2022 twee prestigieuze Learning Technologies Awards in Londen voor onze e-learning 'Poseidon'.
