Doel van de opdracht Het ontwikkelen van laagdrempelig, methodisch verantwoord en praktisch toepasbaar ontwikkelmateriaal dat aansluit bij individuele zorgdoelen en ontwikkelingslijnen. Inhoudelijke thema's - Laagdrempelige taalontwikkeling - Herkennen van kleuren - Ontwikkeling van vaardigheden rondom persoonlijke verzorging - Creatieve activiteiten - Zintuiglijke ontwikkeling en prikkelverwerking - Cijfers en rekenvaardigheden geïntegreerd in spelvorm Vereisten - Opleiding of aantoonbare ervaring als onderwijskundige, instructional designer, orthopedagoog of vergelijkbaar - Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van didactisch en pedagogisch verantwoord materiaal - Affiniteit met de WLZ en VG-doelgroep - Werken volgens erkende didactische en kwaliteitskaders Oplevering Het materiaal dient: - methodisch onderbouwd te zijn, - toepasbaar binnen de dagbesteding, - overdraagbaar en reproduceerbaar, - passend binnen zorgplannen en ontwikkeldoelen.
