Onderzoeker HRM - Politie Nederland fulltime Rotterdam Geplaatst 2 maanden geleden Locatie: Politiedienstencentrum Team: Onderzoek HRM (onderdeel van Bedrijfsbureau HRM) Over de functie Wil jij met jouw onderzoek bijdragen aan beter HR-beleid en daarmee aan het werkgeluk van duizenden politiemedewerkers? Het team Onderzoek HRM is op zoek naar een onderzoeker die ons helpt met het opzetten en uitvoeren van onderzoeken, vooral kwantitatief en soms ook kwalitatief. Ons team bestaat uit zes enthousiaste onderzoekers en maakt deel uit van het Bedrijfsbureau van de dienst HRM. Samen zorgen we voor inzichten die de politie helpen bij vraagstukken zoals: Hoe trekken we de juiste mensen aan? Hoe zorgen we dat medewerkers met plezier blijven? En hoe verbeteren we onze HR-dienstverlening? Wat ga je doen? Meedenken met opdrachtgevers over onderzoeksvragen en aanpak. Ontwikkelen en uitzetten van vragenlijsten. Data verzamelen, bewerken en analyseren (hoofdzakelijk kwantitatief). Onderzoeksresultaten vertalen naar heldere rapporten, factsheets en presentaties met concrete aanbevelingen. Bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van onderzoeken binnen het team. Collega's adviseren of ondersteunen die zelf onderzoek willen uitvoeren. De onderzoeken variëren in omvang en complexiteit en richten zich vooral op instroom, behoud en tevredenheid van medewerkers. Wie ben jij? Je bent nieuwsgierig, analytisch en kunt data vertalen naar duidelijke inzichten. Je vindt het leuk om zelfstandig te werken, maar je bent ook een teamspeler. Verder herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten: Eisen Minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding. Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring (in de afgelopen 5 jaar) met het zelfstandig uitvoeren van kwantitatieve onderzoeken. Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met statistische analyses in SPSS. Wensen WO-opleiding.
