Duurzaamheid die werkt in de dagelijkse praktijk Bij Albron Zorg geloven we dat lekker en gezond eten bijdraagt aan het welzijn en de kwaliteit van leven van mensen. In de langdurige zorg brengen we dit iedere dag in de praktijk met Smaakchef. Op meer dan 70 woonzorglocaties koken onze Smaakchefs vers op de woongroep, dicht bij de bewoners en afgestemd op hun wensen en behoeften. Bewoners kunnen meepraten over het menu, helpen bij de voorbereiding of gewoon aanwezig zijn in de huiskamer tijdens het koken. Juist doordat eten zo nauw verbonden is met dagelijkse routines, voorkeuren en sociale momenten, kunnen veranderingen veel betekenen. Binnen Albron Zorg en Smaakchef werken we al actief aan een gezonde, duurzame en toekomstbestendige omgeving in de zorg. De Green Deal Duurzame Zorg 3.0 ondersteunt onze ambities, maar is niet de enige reden waarom we in beweging komen. Als grote foodservicepartner in de zorg kunnen én willen we impact maken. Dat lukt alleen als duurzame oplossingen aansluiten bij de dagelijkse praktijk. Jouw onderzoeksopdracht Tijdens deze onderzoeksstage onderzoek je welke gedragsmatige drempels en kansen medewerkers en bewoners ervaren bij duurzame keuzes rondom eten en drinken in de langdurige zorg. Je brengt wetenschappelijke inzichten en praktijk bij elkaar, bijvoorbeeld via interviews, vragenlijsten en observaties. Op basis van je bevindingen ontwikkel je een whitepaper met een concreet en toepasbaar advies voor zorgorganisaties in de langdurige zorg, Albron Zorg en Smaakchef. Zo help je duurzame veranderingen succesvol te introduceren en blijvend te verankeren. Wat je gaat doen Literatuurreview + onderzoeksopzet Dataverzameling (interviews / vragenlijsten met bewoners, naasten, medewerkers en/of andere stakeholders binnen zorgorganisaties) Analyse en aanbevelingen; presenteren aan stakeholders Jouw profiel Je bent een WO-_tudent op zoek naar een onderzoeksstage vanuit opleidingen zoals Health Food Innovation Management, Communication, Healt

and Life Sciences, Nutrition and Health, Public Health, Sustainability of andere soortgelijke studies. Je hebt affiniteit voor de (langdurige) zorg Je hebt interesse in duurzaamheid en gezondheid Je bent sociaal en communicatief vaardig Je spreekt Nederlands Je start begin 2027 (in overleg) Jouw stage duurt 20 tot 24 weken De werkplek is op kantoor in De Meern of Veghel. Thuiswerken is ook mogelijk.
