Online Klantenservice Medewerker (Hybride) Beschrijving *Startdag op 2 oktober 2026 op ons kantoor in Zoetermeer* *Dutch speaking* *Werkplek: voornamelijk vanuit huis, met 1 kantoordag per maand in Leeuwarden* Wil jij jouw ervaring in klantcontact inzetten en je verder ontwikkelen binnen de verzekeringswereld? Als Online Klantenservice Medewerker bij KCD help je klanten van FBTO voornamelijk via chat en app met vragen over hun zorg- en schadeverzekeringen. Je denkt mee, geeft duidelijke uitleg en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en prettig worden geholpen. Je start in een online klantcontactfunctie en krijgt de ruimte om jezelf stap voor stap te ontwikkelen tot allround klantadviseur. Tijdens je inwerktraject leer je alles over de verzekeringsproducten, systemen en verschillende klantvragen. Zodra je voldoende kennis en ervaring hebt opgedaan, breid je jouw werkzaamheden uit en ga je ook telefonisch klantcontact verzorgen. De rol Als Online Klantenservice Medewerker bij FBTO ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Via chat en app help je hen met uiteenlopende vragen over hun verzekeringen. Je luistert goed, vraagt door wanneer dat nodig is en zorgt ervoor dat de klant met een duidelijk antwoord of passende oplossing verder kan. Jouw taken bestaan uit: - Klanten helpen bij het aanvragen, wijzigen of opzeggen van zorg- en schadeverzekeringen; - Vragen beantwoorden over betalingen, achterstanden en andere financiële zaken rondom verzekeringen; - Klanten ondersteunen bij servicevragen, zoals schadevrije jaren, een verhuizing of het gebruik van MijnFBTO; - Uitleg geven over polisvoorwaarden en klanten begeleiden bij het indienen van een schade; - Klanten informeren over hun verzekeringen en meedenken over een passende oplossing; - Wanneer nodig, klanten doorverbinden of doorverwijzen naar de juiste afdeling.
