Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team Online (4 personen), bestaande uit een CRO specialist, webcoördinator, online marketeer en webshop coördinator. Je werkt nauw samen met de CRO specialist en webcoördinator en rapporteert aan de manager fondsenwerving. Online marketeer Als Online Marketeer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, analyseren en optimaliseren van online activiteiten, gericht op het vergroten van bereik, betrokkenheid, lead- en fondsenwerving en loyaliteit. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Optimaliseren van de website voor online donaties en wervingsacties; - Verbeteren van donatieformulieren en creëren van actie- en landingspagina's; - Opzetten van campagne- en landingspagina's; - Analyseren van website- en campagneprestaties (o.a. met GA4) en doorvertalen naar verbeteringen; - Verbeteren van de vindbaarheid van de website (SEO, en eventueel SEA) en webshop; - Adviseren van communicatieadviseurs, campagneleiders en andere collega's. Jouw profiel - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als online marketeer of in een vergelijkbare digitale rol. - Ervaring met fondsenwerving geldt als een grote pre. - Je hebt goede kennis van Google Analytics 4 en kunt de data interpreteren. - Je hebt ervaring met CMS-systemen, bij voorkeur WordPress. - Je hebt goede kennis van SEO en ervaring met het uitvoeren van zoekwoordenonderzoeken. Kennis van SEA is een pre. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met met het bouwen en optimaliseren van web- en landingspagina's. - Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en schakelt makkelijk met verschillende teams. - Je bent innovatief en creatief en maakt daarnaast ook realistische i...
