Dit ga je doen Als Online Marketing Manager ben je erantwoordelijk voor onze performance marketingstrategie. Je stuurt de betaalde online kanalen aan, beheert de marketingbudgetten én bouwt aan een sterk team dat eigenaarschap neemt en continu beter wil worden. My Jewellery groeit hard. Met meer dan 1.000 collega's, ruim 65 boutiques en webshops in meerdere Europese landen bouwen we iedere dag verder aan een sterk internationaal merk. Om die groei te versnellen zoeken we een Online Marketing Manager met een duidelijke expertise in performance marketing én sterk leiderschap. Jij bent eindverantwoordelijk voor onze betaalde online kanalen en bepaalt de strategie voor onder andere SEA, Paid Social, Affiliates en Display. Je zorgt voor een slimme verdeling van de marketingbudgetten, stuurt op rendement en weet precies welke keuzes nodig zijn om zowel omzet als winstgevende groei te realiseren. Minstens zo belangrijk is jouw rol als people manager. Jij bent de coach en leider van het Performance Marketing-team. Je creëert een omgeving waarin collega's eigenaarschap nemen, zich blijven ontwikkelen en samen steeds beter presteren. Je weet mensen uit te dagen, duidelijke richting te geven en tegelijkertijd ruimte te laten voor initiatief en persoonlijke groei. Je hoeft niet dagelijks zelf campagnes te bouwen, maar je bent inhoudelijk sterk genoeg om het team te challengen en kwaliteit te bewaken.
