Voor ons keuken team zoeken wij een gepassioneerde, proactieve, representatieve en gastvrije ontbijt kok met leidinggevende capaciteiten. - Beschrijving Als ontbijtkok ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden en klaarzetten van zowel het ontbijt- als het lunchbuffet voor onze gasten. Het ontbijt zal geserveerd worden in een buffetvorm waarbij de ontbijtkoks in het zicht van de gasten zullen werken. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Het zelfstandig opstarten van de keuken - Het bereiden van warme en koude ontbijt- en lunchgerechten volgens recept en planning - Voorbereidingen treffen voor de lunch - Aanleveren van leuke creatieve ideeën - Bewaken en controleren van de kwaliteit (HACCP) - Uitvoeren van à la minute kookwerkzaamheden, portioneren en garneren volgens vastgelegde instructies - Schoonmaken van de werkruimtes, gereedschappen en machines in de keuken, HACCP beheersing Wij zoeken een collega - Met een flexibele instelling - Die passie heeft voor koken en creatief is - Met oog voor detail - Aantoonbare werkervaring in een soortg...
