Jobomschrijving

  • Verzorgen van schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie met cliënten en externe partijen
  • Opvolgen van wettelijke termijnen en bewaken van belangrijke deadlines
  • Voorbereiden en structureren van dossiers voor besprekingen en rechtszittingen
  • Coördineren en beheren van agenda's en afspraken
  • Ondersteunen bij juridische opzoekingen afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en interesses
  • Elektronisch neerleggen van juridische documenten via de bevoegde platformen
  • Opvragen en verzamelen van administratieve documenten, attesten en bewijsstukken
  • Uitschrijven, nalezen en verwerken van juridische dictaten
  • Instaan voor het telefonisch onthaal van cliënten en stakeholders
  • Correct beheren, archiveren en ordenen van dossiers en documenten, zowel digitaal als fysiek
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Rechtspraktijk of hebt relevante ervaring binnen een juridische of administratieve omgeving
  • Ervaring met juridische software of dossierbeheersystemen is een pluspunt
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van Frans en Engels
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijk
  • Je communiceert professioneel en cliëntgericht
  • Je gaat discreet en betrouwbaar om met vertrouwelijke informatie
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee
  • Je beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden en een foutloze schriftelijke communicatie
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband efficiënt
