Functie

Voor onze klant, actief in schoonheidsverzorging en pedicure binnen de Benelux, zoekt Vivaldis een Onthaalmedewerker Customer Care. Je komt terecht in een organisatie van een 20-tal medewerkers waar klantgerichtheid en productkennis centraal staan.

Als spilfiguur tussen klanten, leveranciers en interne diensten neem je een veelzijdige rol op binnen het secretariaat en de klantendienst. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de operations manager.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Onthaal en telefonie: bestellingen noteren, opvolgen van orders en beantwoorden van klantenvragen
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor scholen en groothandels: opmaken en opvolgen van offertes
  • Ondersteuning van retailklanten: aanvragen en opvolgen van CNK-codes, invullen van datasheets
  • Planning van een buitendiensttechnieker (reparaties en leveringen van groot materiaal)
  • Verwerken van retourzendingen
  • Orderinput in Ordas en AFAS
  • Back-up in de winkel: klanten bedienen, kassa en scanning, aanvullen en labelen van producten
  • Verwerking van webshopbestellingen: controleren van opmerkingen, betalingen nakijken en artikelen toevoegen

Profiel

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand met:

  • Een diploma secundair onderwijs (bij voorkeur handel/verkoop, schoonheidszorgen of pedicure) of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Minstens 2 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in customer service, administratie of onthaal
  • Affiniteit met schoonheids- en pedicureproducten is een pluspunt.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Een goede kennis van het Engels
  • Basiskennis van het MS Office-pakket
  • Klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk
  • Stressbestendig en sterk in multitasking
  • Je bent bereid om 2 à 3 keer per jaar aanwezig te zijn tijdens opendeurdagen (zondagen).
