In deze rol combineer je technische diepgang met organisatorisch overzicht en draag je direct bij aan de kwaliteit van onze leefomgeving. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen stedelijke ontwikkeling, infrastructuur en gebiedsontwikkeling, waarbij samenwerking, innovatie en vakmanschap centraal staan. Wat ga je doen - Leidinggeven aan ontwerptrajecten vanaf initiatief tot en met aanbesteding - Vertalen van wensen van opdrachtgevers naar haalbare, technische oplossingen - Samenstellen en aansturen van projectteams en schakelen met interne kennisclusters - Opstellen van offertes, uitvoeren van projectbewaking en bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en budget - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, partners en stakeholders - Begeleiden van de uitvoering waar nodig en zorgen voor een soepele overdracht - Continu meedenken over verbeteringen binnen projecten en de organisatie Wat wij bieden Een baan hebben waar je blij van wordt en die écht bij je past.
