Innovatieve en beeldbepalende gevels: daar draait het bij Metadecor om. Gevels die er niet alleen goed uitzien, maar ook bouwkundig en technisch tot in detail kloppen. Techniek, esthetiek en innovatie gaan bij ons hand in hand. Wij zijn een co-design- en engineeringpartner voor de gebouwde omgeving. Naast design en engineering van de gevel, nemen we ook de realisatie op ons. Zo garanderen we een topproduct: van idee tot oplevering. Samen maken we spraakmakende gevels. Dit is wat je gaat doen Je vertaalt het gevelontwerp van de architect naar een technisch ontwerp dat: - Esthetisch klopt - Bouwfysisch goed in elkaar zit - Praktisch te produceren en monteren is Je co-creëert de esthetische schil van het gebouw en voegt daar jouw technische kennis aan toe. Je laat het ontwerp stapsgewijs uitwerken: van eerste schetsen en principe-details tot bouwkundige uitwerking en modellen. Daarbij stem je continu af: - Met architect en opdrachtgever - Met interne collega's (werkvoorbereiding, montage, projectleiding) - Met externe partijen zoals constructeurs Je beweegt je continu tussen ontwerpintentie en technische realiteit en zorgt dat die twee in balans blijven. Na overdracht vanuit verkoop start jouw proces met het opzetten van principe-details en/of fragmentuitwerkingen (2D/3D). Deze uitgangspunten stem je af met de opdrachtgever, waarna modelleurs (onder jouw aansturing) het ontwerp verder uitwerken en vastleggen. Vervolgens begeleid je de verdere uitwerking naar productie-, assemblage- en montageplannen. Je werkt daarbij aan meerdere projecten tegelijk, elk met een eigen team en dynamiek. Het bezoeken van projecten hoort daar nadrukkelijk bij. Je bent betrokken bij: - Projectbesprekingen met opdrachtgever en architect - Monta...
