Als Ruimtelijk Strateeg en Adviseur Milieueffectrapportage in Schiedamwerk je aan projecten die de leefomgeving van de toekomst vormgeven. Je brengt milieueffecten in kaart en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar heldere adviezen. Wat ga je doen? Als Ruimtelijk Strateeg en Adviseur Milieueffectrapportage werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan uitdagende projecten op het gebied van ruimtelijke ontwikkeling, infrastructuur, energietransitie en duurzame gebiedsontwikkeling. Je onderzoekt de invloed van plannen op de leefomgeving en stelt milieueffectrapportages (MER) en plan-MER's op. Daarbij verzamel en analyseer je onderzoeksgegevens over onder andere bodem, geluid, luchtkwaliteit, water en ecologie. Op basis van deze informatie geef je strategische adviezen waarmee opdrachtgevers goed onderbouwde keuzes kunnen maken. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de rapportages en zorgt ervoor dat projecten voldoen aan de Omgevingswet en andere relevante wet- en regelgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met specialisten uit verschillende vakgebieden en bent een belangrijke schakel binnen multidisciplinaire projectteams. Daarnaast neem je deel aan overleggen met overheden, ontwikkelaars en andere stakeholders om plannen verder uit te werken. Je signaleert kansen, brengt risico's tijdig in beeld en denkt actief mee over duurzame oplossingen. Door jouw brede blik en analytisch vermogen lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan projecten die Nederland klaarstomen voor de toekomst en de kwaliteit van de leefomgeving verbeteren.
