Organisatie NLV (Nederlands Vastgoed) is één van de grootste direct vastgoed vermogensbeheerders (±75 FTE) van Nederland met een beheerd vermogen van circa €5,5 miljard. De organisatie richt zich op duurzaam vastgoedbeheer voor Nederlandse pensioenfondsen en combineert maatschappelijke impact met professioneel vermogensbeheer. Door de compacte en ondernemende setting zijn de lijnen kort en is er veel ruimte voor initiatief Positie Als Operational Risk Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder ontwikkelen en verankeren van het non-financial risk framework binnen NLV. Je opereert formeel vanuit de tweede lijn, maar werkt in de praktijk nauw samen met de business. Dit maakt de rol hands-on en zorgt ervoor dat je direct invloed hebt op hoe risicobeheersing in de dagelijkse praktijk wordt toegepast. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het opstellen van risicorapportages -en opinies en het adviseren van management en directie bij strategische keuzes en projecten - Het ontwikkelen van rapportages en het bieden van scherpe risico-inzichten - Het coördineren en opvolgen van incident management - Het signaleren van risico's en verbeterkansen binnen processen en beheersmaatregelen - Het vergroten van risk awareness binnen de organisatie - Het uitvoeren van Risk C...
