The posting

Onze klant in de omgeving van Ranst is een grote Belgische winkelketen en een gevestigde waarde binnen de retailsector. Ze zorgen er dagelijks voor dat een breed en veelzijdig assortiment vlot zijn weg vindt naar de consument.

In deze rol als Operationeel Aankoop Assistent ben je de vaste rechterhand van de Senior Buyer. Je ondersteunt de aankoopafdeling op zowel operationeel als administratief vlak, zodat de gehele goederenstroom vlekkeloos verloopt. Jij bent de spil die zorgt voor correcte artikeldata, het opvolgen van acties en bestellingen en het snel oplossen van dagelijkse knelpunten in nauw overleg met winkels en leveranciers.

Functie

  • Het ondersteunen van de Senior Buyer bij alle dagelijkse operationele en administratieve taken.
  • Het beheren en up-to-date houden van alle artikel- en masterdata in het ERP-systeem (SAP).
  • Het invoeren, inplannen en strak opvolgen van commerciële acties en promoties.
  • Het ondersteunen bij het plaatsen van bestellingen en het nauwkeurig bewaken van de leveringen.
  • Het fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen vanuit de winkels en het interne aankoopteam.
  • Het opsporen van knelpunten in de werking en het voorstellen van concrete oplossingen om processen vlot te trekken.
  • Het direct schakelen met leveranciers en interne collega's om operationele vraagstukken en aftersales snel op te lossen.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een eerste ervaring in aankoop, supply chain of administratieve ondersteuning.
  • Je voelt je helemaal thuis in een dynamische omgeving en bent erg hands-on ingesteld.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een gestructureerde communicator die zeer vlot spreekt in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (een grondige kennis van het Frans is een absolute must).
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem (zoals SAP) wordt gezien als een grote troef.
