Wat ga je doen? Als Operationeel Coördinator in Beverwijk ben jij de centrale spil binnen onze organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen - en daarbuiten - op rolletjes loopt. Jouw focus ligt op het efficiënt beheren van de agenda's van onze interne en externe auditoren. Valt er een gat in de planning of is er een last-minute wijziging? Jij schakelt snel, denkt in oplossingen en zorgt dat iedereen direct op de hoogte is. Jouw belangrijkste taken op een rij: - De ultieme agendapuzzel: Jij plant, beheert en optimaliseert de bezoeken en werkzaamheden van alle auditoren. Dit doe je op een effectieve en duurzame manier. - Relatiebeheer: Tijdens het gehele auditproces ben jij voor onze klanten het vaste en vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor vragen, wensen en onverwachte situaties. - Overzicht en deadlines: Je bewaakt strakke deadlines als een havik. Je anticipeert op knelpunten en blust brandjes voordat ze ontstaan. Je komt te werken in een hecht, gemoedelijk team bij een specialist op het gebied van kwaliteit, milieu en veiligheid.
