Deze Operationeel Coördinator komt terecht in een gespecialiseerde speler binnen industriële verhuur. Vanuit de regio Kortrijk werk je binnen een afdeling die zich focust op tijdelijke installaties en technische oplossingen voor diverse projecten.

De organisatie maakt deel uit van een grotere groep met meerdere vestigingen en een sterke aanwezigheid in België. Met een team van ervaren medewerkers wordt dagelijks ingezet op betrouwbare service, goed onderhouden materieel en efficiënte uitvoering.

Binnen deze rol ben jij als Operationeel Coördinator de spilfiguur tussen planning, techniek en uitvoering.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse operationele werking rond planning, logistiek en uitvoering vlot verloopt
  • De volledige verhuurvloot beheren behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid waarbij je inzet, beschikbaarheid en staat van het materieel nauw opvolgt
  • Onderhoud en herstellingen worden door jou gecoördineerd, zodat het materieel steeds inzetbaar blijft
  • Aansturing van techniekers en magazijniers gebeurt op een manier die zorgt voor een efficiënte bezetting en sterke productiviteit
  • Opvolging van projectplanningen en afstemming met interne verantwoordelijken garanderen dat deadlines gehaald worden
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid bewaken staat centraal, zowel op de werven als in de werkplaats
  • Hands-on meewerken wanneer nodig om dringende opdrachten tijdig af te ronden maakt deel uit van je aanpak
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen helpt de afdeling verder te professionaliseren en efficiënter te werken
  • Bachelor of master in een technische of logistieke richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een operationele leidinggevende functie binnen een technische omgeving
  • Sterke planningsvaardigheden en technische kennis gecombineerd met een hands-on aanpak
