Daarom zoeken we een Operationeel Directeur die overzicht en structuur brengt, zonder de kracht van deze cultuur te verliezen. Iemand die snel doorziet wat er speelt, processen en belangen met elkaar verbindt en weet waar de echte prioriteit ligt. Je kijkt over afdelingen en organisatielagen heen en kunt schakelen tussen strategie, operatie en mensen. Daarbij weet je de koers helder te communiceren, zowel richting directie als binnen de organisatie. Wie zoeken we? We zoeken een stevige, serieuze en benaderbare leider. Iemand die gemakkelijk op verschillende niveaus opereert en van nature overzicht houdt. Je bent analytisch en resultaatgericht, maar ook sterk in het aanvoelen van mensen en verhoudingen. Je weet wanneer je moet luisteren en verbinden en wanneer je juist duidelijkheid moet geven, grenzen moet stellen of een besluit moet nemen. Als echte peoplemanager krijg je energie van het ontwikkelen van mensen en leidinggevenden. Je bent zichtbaar in de organisatie, bouwt vertrouwen op en spreekt aan waar nodig. Je combineert betrokkenheid met het vermogen om het organisatiebelang voorop te stellen. Je brengt rust, structuur en richting en weet mensen daarin mee te nemen.
