Operationeel HR Manager Ben jij een ervaren HR-professional die energie krijgt van een brede rol waarin je kunt adviseren, verbeteren én uitvoeren? Voor het hoofdkantoor van LC Packaging in Waddinxveen zijn wij op zoek naar een HR Manager Netherlands. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het operationele en tactische HR-beleid voor circa 125 medewerkers, verdeeld over onze vestigingen in Waddinxveen, Venlo en Geldermalsen. Je werkt samen met drie HR-collega's in een hecht en betrokken team. Daarbij ben jij de sparringpartner voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden en speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere professionalisering van HR binnen onze Nederlandse organisatie.
