Als Operationeel Inkoper in Kerkrade ben jij de onmisbare administratieve en commerciële spil binnen de organisatie. Je start je werkdag met het controleren van de actuele voorraadniveaus en het opstellen van de bestelvoorstellen. Gedurende de dag plaats en beheer je inkooporders in het ERP-systeem en bewaak je nauwgezet de internationale levertijden. Je schakelt direct met nationale en internationale leveranciers en onderhandelt waar nodig over de beste prijzen en voorwaarden. Mocht er een leveringsprobleem ontstaan, dan stem je dit direct af met de afdelingen Sales, Export en Logistiek om een passende oplossing te vinden.

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?

- Zelfstandig plaatsen, beheren en administratief verwerken van inkooporders in het ERP-systeem; - Actief en strak bewaken van de levertijden en het consequent opvolgen van openstaande orders; - Professioneel onderhouden van de dagelijkse contacten met nationale en internationale leveranciers; - Voeren van gerichte onderhandelingen met leveranciers over levertijden, prijzen en inkoopvoorwaarden; - Snel signaleren en efficiënt oplossen van leveringsproblemen in overleg met Sales, Export en Logistiek; - Grondig controleren, matchen en verwerken van binnengekomen orderbevestigingen en inkoopfacturen; - Continu beheren, opschonen en actueel houden van alle artikel- en leveranciersgegevens; - Bewaken van de voorraadniveaus, afhandelen van garantieclaims en coördineren van inkomende goederenstromen.
