Van schakelen. En van het moment waarop alles precies op tijd binnenkomt zodat collega's verder kunnen. Als Operationeel Inkoper bij VDL Jansen ben je dagelijks in contact met leveranciers, productie, logistiek en planning. Jij houdt overzicht, bewaakt afspraken en zorgt dat de juiste materialen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Een rol voor iemand die initiatief neemt, graag samenwerkt en energie krijgt van een omgeving waar veel tegelijk gebeurt. Wat ga je doen? Als Operationeel Inkoper bij VDL Jansen zorg jij dat het inkoopproces goed blijft lopen. Je hebt dagelijks contact met leveranciers en collega's van onder andere planning, logistiek en productie. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt afspraken en zorgt dat bestellingen op tijd en correct worden afgehandeld. Je bent veel aan het schakelen. De ene keer plaats je een bestelling, de andere keer controleer je een factuur of neem je contact op met een leverancier om een levering af te stemmen. Zie je dat iets beter kan? Dan pak je dat op en denk je mee over verbeteringen in het proces. In het kort houd je je bezig met: - Het verwerken en opvolgen van inkooporders - Het controleren van facturen en administratieve afhandeling van bestellingen - Het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en interne afdelingen - Het bewaken van levertijden en gemaakte afspraken - Het monitoren en analyseren van leveranciersprestaties - Het signaleren van knelpunten en doorvoeren van verbeteringen - Het afstemmen van wijzigingen en zorgen dat betrokken collega's goed geïnformeerd blijven Wat breng je mee?
