Zorg jij dat bestellingen op tijd binnenkomen en leveranciers hun afspraken nakomen? Als Operational Purchaser houd je grip op het dagelijkse inkoopproces binnen een technische productieomgeving. Zo zorg je dat materialen beschikbaar zijn wanneer ze nodig zijn en de productie door kan gaan. Wat ga je doen? Als Operational Purchaser ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele inkoop bij onze opdrachtgever. Je verwerkt bestellingen volgens vaste procedures en houdt nauwkeurig bij of producten op tijd en volgens afspraak worden geleverd. Daarbij heb je veel contact met leveranciers en interne collega’s. Je bewaakt openstaande inkooporders en grijpt in wanneer een levering vertraagd is of niet klopt. Je zoekt uit wat er aan de hand is, stemt dit af met de leverancier en zorgt voor een passende oplossing. Ook houd je informatie in het systeem actueel, zodat collega's altijd met de juiste gegevens werken. Daarnaast kijk je verder dan alleen de bestelling van vandaag. Je signaleert knelpunten en risico’s in het inkoopproces en deelt deze op tijd. Met analyses en rapportages help je onze opdrachtgever om de operationele inkoop verder te verbeteren. Je werkt hierbij in een technische maakomgeving waar kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en precisie belangrijk zijn. Jouw werkzaamheden - Uitvoeren en verwerken van operationele inkooporders; - Bewaken van levertijden, orderbevestigingen en openstaande bestellingen; - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers over vertraagde, ontbrekende of foutieve leveringen; - Monitoren van ordergebonden en niet-ordergebonden artikelen; - Signaleren van afwijkingen, knelpunten en risico’s binnen het inkoopproces; - Maken en bijhouden van analyses en rapportages over inkoop en leveringen; - Vastleggen en bewaken van afspraken met leveranciers en interne stakeholders; - Actueel houden en delen van relevante informatie binnen de organisatie. Wat heb jij in huis? - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding of wo-opleiding in bijvoorbeeld Supply C.
