Als Operationeel Manager Grid Security maak jij direct impact op de toekomst van ons elektriciteitsnet. Jij speelt een sleutelrol in het realiseren van innovatieve en duurzame energieoplossingen. Samen met je collega's werk je aan het optimaliseren van operationele netvoering, inclusief capaciteitsverdeling, outage planning en realtime grid security besluitvorming, zodat we Nederland kunnen blijven voorzien van betrouwbare energie. Als Operationeel Manager van het Grid Security ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van de dagelijkse operatie binnen teams die de kernprocessen van het elektriciteitstransmissienet ondersteunen. Dit omvat onder meer operationele planning, outage planning en grid security analyses, evenals het borgen van betrouwbare data-uitwisseling en de inzet van passende tooling ter ondersteuning van een veilige en stabiele netvoering. Je draagt integrale verantwoordelijkheid voor zowel run- als change-activiteiten en stuurt op voortgang, kwaliteit en prestaties van processen die zich uitstrekken van lange termijn planning tot korte termijn en near real-time operationele besluitvorming. Daarbij waarborg je dat de uitvoering plaatsvindt in lijn met geldende nationale en Europese wet- en regelgeving en aansluit bij de eisen van het Europese interconnected systeem. Op basis van je ervaring binnen een complexe en gereguleerde omgeving en je vermogen om end-to-end ketens te overzien, neem je weloverwogen beslissingen en stuur je effectief op het oplossen van complexe operationele vraagstukken, onder andere op het gebied van congestiemanagement, capaciteitsverdeling en leveringszekerheid.
