Als CLBR Consulting staan wij onze klant bij in het rekruteren van nieuwe werknemers. Onze klanten zijn werkgevers die mensen aanwerven met een contract van onbepaalde duur. Wij doen een eerste gesprek met jou ter ondersteuning van onze klant en als het enthousiasme langs beide kanten even groot is heb je meteen een gesprek met de bestuurder.

In deze vacature werken wij voor een ambitieuze logistieke KMO met 18 enthousiaste collega’s in hartje Antwerpen, sterk verankerd in de haven en met een duidelijke blik op de wereld en een prachtig zicht op het water . Via weg, spoor en zee bouwen ze dagelijks aan slimme en duurzame logistieke oplossingen voor hun klanten en dit over heel de wereld vanuit hun prachtig kantoor.

Omdat het bedrijf in volle groei is en een digitale transformatie ondergaat, heeft de bestuurder nood aan een rechterhand, daarom zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega als Operationeel Manager Expeditie als spilfiguur tussen de bestuurder en het operations team.

Jouw dagelijkse taken:

  • Als rechterhand van de bestuurder ben je het aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie. Je motiveert, stuurt en begeleid je teams in de dagelijkse gang van zaken.
  • Samen met je team bewaak je de operationele werking en zorg je ervoor dat dossiers, transporten en opdrachten zo vlot mogelijk verlopen. Duurzame relaties zijn hier key!
  • Analyseren van de lopende processen, verbeterpunten detecteren en actie nemen om deze efficiënter en kwalitatiever te laten verlopen, wordt na inwerkperiode van je verwacht.
  • Vanuit jouw rol werk je nauw samen met de finance manager alsook de salesmanager.
  • Vanuit operations sta jij de bestuurder bij in grote klantenmeetings om de samenwerking te optimaliseren.

Wie ben jij?

  • Een ervaring als operations manager in de expeditie of een gelijkaardige functie is belangrijk.
  • Graag bezig zijn met verschillende lopende processen, dit zowel in België als op wereldniveau. Je krijgt energie om deze projecten uit te werken en een succes van te maken.
  • Met een gezonde interesse in de klanten, zowel bestaande als nieuwe, zorg je dat zij steeds een optimale service krijgen.
  • Als rechterhand van de bestuurder werk je aan de toekomst van een groeiend bedrijf.
  • Je hebt een KMO-mentaliteit en hebt zin om echt iets mooi uit te bouwen!
