Operationeel manager recycling - 40 uur - Stuifzand - CAO Bouw en Infra (UTA) - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau Bork Groep is, met circa 150 gespecialiseerde medewerkers, een modern en toonaangevend familiebedrijf waar een prettige en persoonlijke werksfeer voorop staat. Wij zijn een belangrijke speler in Noord- en Midden-Nederland op het gebied van sloop, milieutechniek en recycling. De afdeling recycling speelt een belangrijke rol binnen onze organisatie. We zijn voortdurend bezig met innovatie op het gebied van recyclen en zoeken samen met branchegenoten naar manieren om grondstoffen terug te winnen en opnieuw toe te passen. Zo dragen we bij aan een toekomst waarin materialen zoveel mogelijk worden hergebruikt. Voor onze afdeling Recycling zijn wij op zoek naar een Operationeel Manager Recycling. Een ervaren en daadkrachtige professional die energie krijgt van een dynamische werkomgeving, leidinggeven en het continu verbeteren van processen. In deze functie ben je operationeel eindverantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de recyclingactiviteiten. Wat ga je doen? Als Operationeel Manager Recycling zorg je ervoor dat de afdeling dagelijks optimaal functioneert. Je hebt een brede verantwoordelijkheid voor mensen, machines, terrein en installaties en bewaakt daarbij de voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiency. Je geeft operationeel leiding aan onder andere de planning, administratie, de werven in Assen en Stuifzand en de werkplaats. Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen deze onderdelen en weet medewerkers op een duidelijke en motiverende manier aan te sturen. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: - Kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiency: je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit, productiviteit en veiligheid en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Afvalstromen en wetgeving: je ziet toe op een correcte acceptatie, weging, registratie en administratieve afhandeling van inkomende en uitgaande afvalstromen. - Ontwikkeling en beleid: je s...
