Voor een vooraanstaande totaalinstallateur in het zuiden zoeken we een gedreven operationeel manager Service & Onderhoud. Jij bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de gehele beheer- en onderhoudstak (E en W), stuurt de contractbeheerders, planners en servicetechnici aan en borgt een maximale klanttevredenheid en een gezond financieel resultaat. Neem contact op met Robin Plazier Wat je doet als Operationeel manager Service & Onderhoud (E/W) In deze sleutelrol stuur je de dagelijkse operatie aan en bouw je mee aan de strategie voor de toekomst. - Je geeft direct en indirect leiding aan het volledige Service & Onderhoudsteam (ca. 25-35 fte) en stimuleert de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van jouw mensen. - Je bewaakt de commerciële doelstellingen, budgetten, omzet en de marge op beheer- en onderhoudscontracten. - Je optimaliseert de interne bedrijfsprocessen, digitalisering en de efficiëntie van de werkvoorbereiding en planning. - Je bent de strategische gesprekspartner voor sleutelklanten, gebouweigenaren en de directie. Hier herken jij je in Jij combineert ruime ervaring in de installatietechniek met natuurlijk leiderschap en een scherpe zakelijke blik. - Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding (bijv.
