Je werk is erg afwisselend, maar je belangrijkste taak blijft helder: de complete administratieve afhandeling voor ons fysieke netwerk. - Aanvragen afhandelen: Je pakt de operationele verzoeken op die binnenkomen via Sales, Klantenservice Retail en Interne Logistiek en verwerkt deze correct; - Planning bewaken: Verandert er iets aan een locatie, of opent/sluit er een punt? Jij zorgt dat alle nodige voorbereidingen op tijd klaarstaan; - Afstemming: Je communiceert helder met alle interne en externe betrokkenen over voortgang, bijzonderheden en eventuele knelpunten; - Flexibele inzet: Binnen het backoffice-team spring je soepel bij op de momenten dat de werkdruk oploopt. De missie PostNL groeit steeds verder uit tot een veelzijdig e-commerce platform in de logistiek. Een essentieel onderdeel hiervan is ons uitbreidende netwerk van duizenden pakketpunten en -automaten in Nederland en België. Binnen het team Operations & Sales Support in Den Haag is tijdelijk ruimte voor een Operationeel Medewerker. Als centraal aanspreekpunt verwerk je alle locatiewijzigingen vlot en precies in onze systemen. Klaar om de operatie te stroomlijnen?
