Ben jij een sterke organisator die graag structuur brengt in een dynamische omgeving? Als Operations Backoffice Coördinator ben je de spil tussen aankoop, planning, logistiek en klantenservice. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige opvolging verlopen processen efficiënt en kunnen klanten, leveranciers en collega's rekenen op een vlotte samenwerking.

Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de zaakvoerder en speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. Je bent niet alleen een uitvoerende kracht, maar ook een sparringpartner die actief meedenkt, prioriteiten helpt bewaken en opportuniteiten voor verbetering signaleert.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Aankoop & leveranciersbeheer

  • Offertes opvragen, vergelijken en opvolgen.
  • Aankoopbestellingen plaatsen en levertermijnen bewaken.
  • Leverancierscontact onderhouden en afwijkingen proactief opvolgen.
  • Voorraad beheren en tekorten tijdig signaleren.
  • Inkomende goederen registreren en administratief verwerken.
  • Verpakkings- en labelmaterialen bestellen en goedkeuringsprocessen coördineren.

Orderverwerking & klantenservice

  • Klantorders verwerken en opvolgen.
  • Prijzen controleren en actualiseren.
  • Klanten informeren over bestellingen, leveringen en lopende dossiers.
  • Ondersteunen van facturatie- en administratieve processen.

Planning & logistiek

  • De productieplanning administratief ondersteunen.
  • Leveringen en transporten coördineren.
  • Logistieke documenten opmaken en opvolgen.
  • Afspraken rond productie en levertermijnen bewaken.

Procesverbetering

  • Knelpunten signaleren en verbetervoorstellen formuleren.
  • Meewerken aan optimalisatie, automatisering en efficiëntieverbeteringen.
  • Actief meedenken over de verdere uitbouw en professionalisering van de organisatie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je houdt moeiteloos overzicht over verschillende dossiers en prioriteiten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Frans is essentieel.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt initiatief.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een KMO-omgeving met korte beslissingslijnen.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en voelt je comfortabel in een directe communicatiestijl.
  • Je durft kritisch mee te denken, prioriteiten in vraag te stellen en constructief feedback te geven.
  • Je bent een betrouwbare sparringpartner die professioneel kan schakelen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Ervaring met ERP- en voorraadbeheersystemen is een plus.
