Bij DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station zijn we op zoek naar een Operations Management Trainee om deel uit te maken van onze getalenteerde team. Ons hotel biedt de bekroonde rooftopbar LuminAir, het bruisende nieuwe WE ARE EDN restaurant en bar, het meest uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet van Amsterdam en een eigen LOT61 coffeestore. Onze onlangs gerenoveerde 557 kamers en vijftien veelzijdige vergaderzalen maken van ons hotel een dynamische en opwindende plek om te werken. Als Operations Management Trainee werk je nauw samen met de Director of Operations, Food & Beverage Director, de Restaurant & Bar Manager, de Front Office Manager en de Meeting & Events Manager. Je ondersteunt de afdelingen waar en wanneer dat nodig is. Jouw taak is ervoor te zorgen dat alle operationele processen binnen deze afdeling zo soepel mogelijk verlopen, om een perfect verblijf voor onze gasten te garanderen. Het assisteren van de afdelingshoofden bij hun taken en verantwoordelijkheden, zowel op operationeel als op managementniveau, maakt onderdeel uit van de functie. Dit betekent dat je ook zult ondersteunen bij de werkzaamheden in al onze operationle outlets: Front Office, Duty Management, Breakfast, Room Service, Housekeeping, WE ARE EDN Bar, WE ARE EDN, LuminAir en LOT61.
