Your playing field Binnen TOTO zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Operations Manager die een verbindende rol speelt in de dagelijkse operatie. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het wegnemen van frictie voor de klant, verhogen van de conversie en het borgen van compliance en control. Deze verantwoordelijkheid ziet op de hele journey: van onboarding & daadwerkelijk spelen bij TOTO, tot de service die wij onze klanten graag bieden. Tevens draai je actief mee in de ritmiek van de Business in de breedste zin van het woord en het Operations team. Je zorgt ervoor dat operationele verbeteringen geïnitieerd worden, maar ook daadwerkelijk landen in de organisatie én in de dagelijkse praktijk werken. Daarbij sta je continu in verbinding met andere afdelingen zoals IT, Klantenservice, Fraud & Payments, Responsible Gaming, CRM en Legal. Je werkt nauw samen met de andere Operations Manager (die de focus heeft op project portfolio van TOTO) en de Head of Operations en bent een echte verbinder binnen en buiten het team.
