Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, geeft richting aan de productie en weet mensen én processen continu te verbeteren. Met jouw leiderschap zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en prestaties iedere dag op het hoogste niveau blijven. Wat ga je doen? Als Productiemanager draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de productie. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de teamleiders, bewaakt de voortgang en vertaalt organisatiedoelstellingen naar concrete resultaten op de werkvloer. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bewaken en verbeteren van productieprestaties aan de hand van KPI's zoals OEE, productiviteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid. - Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van teamleiders en indirect de productiemedewerkers. - Zorgen voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige productieomgeving. - Initiëren en realiseren van verbeterprojecten op basis van Lean Manufacturing en continu verbeteren. - Optimaliseren van productieprocessen en de productie-indeling voor maximale efficiëntie. - Creëren van eigenaarschap binnen de teams en medewerkers stimuleren om iedere dag beter te presteren. - Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om structurele verbeteringen door te voeren.
