Operations Manager WMO - Aafje Hulpthuis - Barendrecht Introductie Nieuw Een operatie met zo'n 2.000 medewerkers aansturen én tegelijkertijd bouwen aan de organisatie van morgen? Als Operations Manager WMO bij Aafje Hulpthuis krijg je de ruimte om richting te geven, processen slimmer te organiseren en 12 managers mee te nemen in verandering. Een stevige managementrol waarin mens, operatie en resultaat samenkomen. Organisatie Aafje Hulpthuis biedt huishoudelijke ondersteuning aan mensen die dit zelf tijdelijk of structureel niet meer kunnen. Vanuit Barendrecht wordt ondersteuning georganiseerd in onder andere Rotterdam, Drechtsteden, Schiedam, Vlaardingen, Maassluis, Ridderkerk en Albrandswaard. Met circa 2.000 medewerkers en ruim 1,2 miljoen zorguren per jaar is de schaal fors. Als Manager WMO maak je deel uit van het MT en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Directeur. Functie In deze rol combineer je het draaiende houden van een grote operatie met het bouwen aan verbetering. Je geeft leiding aan 12 managers en helpt hen om hun teams zelfstandig en resultaatgericht aan te sturen. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de dagelijkse praktijk: waar kan het slimmer, efficiënter en duidelijker? Je brengt structuur, gebruikt data om betere keuzes te maken en zorgt dat verbeterplannen ook daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. - Als leidinggevende coach en ontwikkel je 12 managers binnen de operatie; - Grip houden op het primaire proces is een belangrijk onderdeel van je rol, van aanvraag tot ondersteuning bij de cliënt thuis; - Op basis van KPI's stuur je op efficiëntie en gezonde financiële resultaten, zonder de menselijke maat uit het oog te verliezen; - Met een duidelijke structuur zorg je voor heldere processen, rollen en verantwoordelijkheden; - Data en inzichten zet je in om de organisatie steeds meer performancegericht te laten werken; - Complexe vraagstukken weet je terug te brengen tot concrete verbeterplannen en duidelijke acties; - Tijdens ve...
