Als Operations officer combineer je operationele opvolging, data-analyse en procesverbetering. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over complexere dossiers en helpt tegelijk om meer structuur te brengen in de dagelijkse werking.

Jouw taken:

  • Complexere dossiers behandelen en verder opvolgen.
  • Operationele processen bewaken en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Afwijkingen analyseren en oplossingen uitwerken.
  • Data uit verschillende bronnen verzamelen en analyseren.
  • Dashboards en rapporteringen opzetten in Power BI.
  • KPI’s bepalen en de resultaten verder opvolgen.
  • Gegevens verwerken en vergelijken in Excel.
  • Knelpunten detecteren en processen verder verbeteren.
  • Afstemmen met interne teams en externe partners.
  • Meewerken aan nieuwe tools, systemen en procesaanpassingen.
  • Mee structuur brengen in de afdeling en verdere werking.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring in een operationele, analytische of coördinerende functie.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt gemakkelijk overzicht.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel en Power BI.
  • Je kunt dashboards opbouwen en werkt vlot met KPI’s.
  • Je neemt ownership en volgt dossiers nauwkeurig op.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en ziet waar processen beter kunnen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Ervaring binnen een second line backoffice is een plus.
  • Heb je eerder een werking of afdeling mee uitgebouwd? Dan is dat een sterke troef!
