Achter deze vacature staat een gerenommeerde en financieel gezonde Belgische marktspeler met al meer dan 60 jaar aan expertise, kwaliteit en vakmanschap binnen de productiesector. Binnen dit stabiele familiebedrijf gebeurt het volledige productie- en assemblageproces in eigen beheer, van de eerste grondstof tot een kwaliteitsvol afgewerkt eindproduct. Met een sterke focus op klanttevredenheid en continue vernieuwing, combineert de onderneming ambachtelijke betrouwbaarheid met moderne productietechnieken. Je komt er terecht in een warme en dynamische werkomgeving waar korte communicatielijnen, fierheid over het eigen werk en een collegiale sfeer centraal staan.

Om hun productie verder te versterken, zoekt onze opdrachtgever momenteel naar een gedreven Operations & Procurement Manager.

Als Operations & Procurement Manager ben je de spilfiguur in de dagelijkse organisatie, werking en opvolging van de productie. Daarnaast neem je op termijn ook de verantwoordelijkheid op voor de aankopen om alles vlot te laten doorstromen (waarbij je voor de administratieve kant de nodige ondersteuning krijgt).

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Het dagelijks organiseren, aansturen en opvolgen van het volledige productieproces vormt de kern van je verantwoordelijkheid
  • Planningen en tijdschema's nauwkeurig op elkaar afstemmen zorgt ervoor dat verschillende afdelingen optimaal en efficiënt samenwerken
  • Strikte controle uitoefenen op de kwaliteitsnormen garandeert dat alle producten gelijktijdig en correct worden afgewerkt
  • Duidelijke sturing, opvolging en motivatie bieden aan alle medewerkers op de vloer
  • Op termijn de volledige opvolging van alle inkopen beheren om tijdige bestellingen en leveringen van grondstoffen te verzekeren
  • Reeds opgedane ervaring binnen een industriële of ambachtelijke productieomgeving is vereist
  • Sterke leidinggevende capaciteiten en de durf om kordaat en rechtvaardig beslissingen te nemen
  • Vlot communiceren in de Nederlandse taal is noodzakelijk, waarbij een extra kennis van het Frans, Engels of Duits geldt als pluspunt
  • Goede vaardigheden om te werken met een ERP-pakket en de capaciteit om collega's hierin te coachen
