Jij bent de schakel tussen strategie en uitvoering en zorgt dat processen, mensen en prestaties samenkomen op de werkvloer. - Je bewaakt en coördineert het operationele proces en zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande goederen. - Je stuurt op efficiëntie, kostenbeheersing en serviceniveaus, en vertaalt targets naar concreet gedrag op de vloer. - Je begeleidt, coacht en ontwikkelt medewerkers en signaleert verbeterkansen in processen en prestaties. - Je borgt de naleving van het Health & Safety-beleid en creëert een veilige, gestructureerde en professionele werkomgeving. - Je neemt deel aan verbeter- en veranderprojecten en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de operatie. - Je voert zelfstandig beoordelings- en verzuimgesprekken. - Je werkt samen met een team van 15 collega-supervisors in wisselende diensten, voornamelijk tussen 14:00 en 06:00 uur.
