Ihre Arbeitswelt

Ziel der Tätigkeit ist die Sicherstellung einer zeitgemäßen, dem Bedarf zugewandten Versorgung der Patient*innen unter Wahrung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben durch kompetente Vorbereitung, Mitwirkung und Nachbetreuung bei operativen Eingriffen.

Ihre Arbeiten umfassen:

* Perioperative Betreuung und Versorgung von Patienten*innen nach ärztlicher Anordnung

* Beidiensttätigkeit bei operativen Eingriffen

* Führen der OP-Dokumentation

* Ablauf-, Aufbereitungs-, Desinfektions- und Sterilisationsprozesse und Maßnahmen im Rahmen des Medizinproduktekreislaufs

* Verabreichung operationsspezifischer Arzneimittel im Rahmen des Eingriffs nach ärztlicher Anordnung und unter ärztlicher Aufsicht

* Mitwirkung bei der Planung des Operationsbetriebes

* Arbeitseinsatz im Rahmen des Berufsbildes auch in der Notfallambulanz und Schockraum, Endoskopie und Aufbereitungseinheit für Medizinprodukte (AEMP)

* Sorgsamer Umgang mit den zur Verfügung stehenden Ressourcen

Ihr Profil

Fachlich:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Diplom § 26f. MABG

* Kenntnisse über die OP-Abläufe, Medizintechnik, Operationstechniken inkl. chirurgischer Spezialfächer

Persönlich & Sozial:

* Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewußtsein

* Loyales und Kollegiales Verhalten, Fähigkeit zur Empathie

* Kritisches Reflexionsvermögen

* Organisationsgeschick und Fürsorglicher Umgang mit sich selbst

* Kommunikations- und Kritikfähigkeit

Gehaltsschema

SII/N2 (mind. € 3.393,10 monatlich bzw. € 47.503,40 Jahresbrutto auf Basis Vollzeit)Erfahrung im Beruf wird ggf. durch die Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten und einer damit verbundenen höheren Einstufung im Schema berücksichtigt.
